| 摘 要： | 当前,我国推行的档案行政执法过错责任追究制还普遍存在着职责不清、权责不明,行政信息获取有障碍,追责范围太小、程序不完备,以同体追责为主、异体追责相对薄弱等问题。本文提出要完善档案行政执法过错责任追究制,应明确档案行政机关及其人员的权责,加大政府信息公开力度,拓宽追责范围,完善追责程序,建立多元化追责机制。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,the fault liability accountability system of archives law enforcement in our country has many problems,such as confusion of responsibilities,disorder of power and responsibility,obstacles in administrative information obtaining,limitation of accountability boundary and imperfection of program,the prevalence of single-subject accountability and relative weakness in allogeneic accountability.In this article,the perfection of fault liability accountability system in archives law enforcement is proposed,besides,the author also points out that power and responsibility of archives administration and personnel should be made explicit,government information disclosure should be intensified,accountability boundary should be widened,accountability program should be improved,and accountability mechanism should be diversified. |
