| 摘 要： | 数字档案馆是当前世界各国正在积极探索和倡导建立的一种数字化档案信息系统。数字档案信息是通过网络方式互联、网络远程访问的。基于数字档案馆域名标识所蕴含的巨大商业价值以及网页侵权行为,导致其域名的恶意抢注及网页知识产权保护问题日益凸显,成为当前学术界研究的热点课题。
