| 摘 要： | 知识管理(Knowledge Management)作为一种全新的管理理念和管理方法,随着社会的发展变得越来越重要,对档案管理工作有很大的启示。本文阐述了知识管理的涵义、兴起的原因以及知识管理的新特点,并深入分析了档案管理工作的现状,提出了其中存在的问题,论述了信息时代知识管理对档案管理的启示。

| Abstract: | Knowledge management as a brand-new management idea and method becomes more and more important to the development of society and has good enlightenment to archives managment.This article illustrates the meaning of knowledge management、the reason of origination and new features,and then deeply analyzes the current status of archives management and existing problems.Based on all above,it puts forward the enligtenments of knowledge management to archives management under under the condition of information technology. |
