摘    要:课程思政是实现高校“立德树人”办学目标的内在要求,是实现三全育人的有益探索。档案部门“为党管档、为国守史、为民服务”的重要职责指引着档案学高等教育必须全方位思考和加强专业课程思政建设。多年来,档案部门一线从业者涌现出大批先进个人和模范事迹,教育部门档案从教者在创新创业教育和课外科技大赛等方面探索出诸多新路径和新方法,为专业课程思政建设提供了充足养分。课程思政建设有着内在的科学性,需要从转变专业教师的课程思政意识和提升专业教师的思政建设能力两方面解决档案教书人的善任之道。课程思政建设还是一个系统性问题,需要从教学目标、教学设计、教学资源三方面做好档案学教学的课程规划。

Abstract:Curriculum ideological and political is the internal requirement to realize the goal of "cultivating people by virtue" in college and universities, which is the practice and exploration of the "three-wide education". The important duty of the archives department, which is "administering records for the communist party of China, preserving history for the nation, and serving the people", guides the higher education of archives to think all-round and strengthen the ideological and political construction of professional courses. Over the years, a large number of advanced individuals and exemplary deeds have emerged from the First-line practitioners of the archives department. The educators of Archives explored many new paths and methods in many ways such as Innovative Entrepreneurship Education and competitions of Extracurricular Science and Technology to provide sufficient nutrient for the construction of Curriculum ideological and political. Containing scientific nature, the construction of Curriculum ideological and political needs to improve the teaching ability of archive teachers from two main aspects, including transforming professional teachers' ideological and political consciousness and enhancing professional teachers' ideological and political construction ability. Also, curriculum ideological and political construction is still a systemic issues and it is necessary to draw up a proper teaching course planning from the three aspects: teaching objectives, teaching design and teaching resources.
