| 摘 要： | 中国特色档案学学科建设经历了艰辛而光荣的发展历程，具有良好的建设机遇和广阔的发展前途。新中国成立以来，中国特色档案学学科在人才培养、科学研究、文化传承、社会服务、国际交流合作、师资队伍建设等方面取得了较为显著的建设成果。在中国特色哲学社会科学“三大体系”建设背景下，中国特色档案学学科建设不仅是构建学术体系的坚实基础，也是构建话语体系的基本内核。新时代中国特色档案学学科的未来发展，需要面向新时代党的建设和国家发展重大需求突出档案学学科在密切配合党和国家中心工作、真实记录与持续传承中国历史文明、切实服务人民群众生产生活等方面的学科优势，直面中国档案学学科建设中出现的新老问题，补齐档案学学科短板，按照“中国特色”“世界一流”学科建设标准完善档案学学科建设，面向新文科建设背景下学科交叉融合发展新趋势拓展档案学学科领域。

| Abstract: | The construction of archival science with Chinese characteristics has experienced a hard and glorious development process, and has good construction opportunities and broad development prospects. Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, archival science discipline with Chinese characteristics has made remarkable achievements in personnel training, scientific research, cultural inheritance, social service, international exchange and cooperation, and teaching staff construction. Under the background of the construction of the "three systems" of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics, the discipline construction of archival science with Chinese characteristics is not only a solid foundation for constructing academic system, but also the basic core of constructing discourse system. The future development of archival science with Chinese characteristics in the new era needs to highlight the disciplinary advantages of archival science in closely cooperating with the central work of the Party and the state, truly recording and inheriting Chinese history and civilization, and effectively serving the people's production and life to meet the major needs of party construction and national development in the new era. Facing the new and old problems in the construction of archival science discipline in China, we should make up the shortcomings of archival science discipline, improve the construction of archival science discipline according to the construction standard of "Chinese characteristics" and "world-class" discipline, and expand the subject field of archival science in the new trend of interdisciplinary integration under the background of new liberal arts construction. |
