| 摘 要： | 随着数据的广泛运用和影响的普及化,数据隐私保护逐渐成为社会关注的焦点。文章着眼于数据伦理的视角,从数据利益、数据技术、数据鸿沟、数据立法四个方面出发,分析当前我国档案用户数据隐私保护伦理失范问题,并提出深化数据伦理道德教育、创新数据伦理技术管理、健全数据伦理约束机制、完善数据伦理法律法规等实施路径。

| Abstract: | With the wide use of data and the popularization of its influence, data privacy protection has gradually become the focus of social attention. From the perspective of data ethics, this paper analyzes the current ethical anomie of archival users' data privacy protection in China from four aspects: data interests, data technology, data gap and data legislation, and puts forward some implementation paths, such as deepening the education of data ethics, innovating the management of data ethics technology, perfecting the constraint mechanism of data ethics and improving the laws and regulations of data ethics. |
