| 摘 要： | 档案网站评价体系的构建对于全面准确地分析和评价档案网站建设水平、规范和控制档案网站的建设发展、指导用户对档案网站的访问、改进和提高档案部门服务质量和效率具有重大意义。本文通过对档案网站评价体系结构的设计、对评价表的设计、对其中的评价指标和分值计算方法的详细说明,研究和构建了一个科学、全面、具有可操作性和导向性的档案评价体系。并通过一个档案网站评价实例具体说明了该评价体系的应用和计算方法,最后对档案网站评价的组织和实现进行了研究和说明。
