| Abstract: | Happy archives are the original records forming in the construction of happy society,which having following features: widespread,large quantity,dynamic and heavy demand.As a direct embodiment of the advancement of social civilization,happy archives play an important role in inheriting fighting spirit,promoting dedication spirit,supporting social justice and accelerating urban civility.It should break traditional thinking and working style and create whole new working mode to construct happy archives system. |
