| 摘 要： | 新冠肺炎疫情网络信息不仅是社会的原始记录,而且蕴含着潜在的价值,对其进行存档对此次新冠肺炎疫情及类似危机的治理具有重要的参考作用。文章首先从资源基础、政策基础、实践基础三个方面分析了实现新冠肺炎疫情网络信息存档的可行性,其次提出新冠肺炎疫情网络信息存档在辅助政府决策、提高公众理性、构建社会记忆方面的现实价值,最后,基于主体维和客体维构建出新冠肺炎疫情网络信息存档的相应机制。

| Abstract: | The online information of COVID-19 epidemic is not only the original records of the society, but also rich in potential value. Therefore, archiving the online information has an important reference role for the governance of the current epidemic and similar crises. Firstly, this article analyzes the feasibility of archiving COVID-19 epidemic online information from three perspectives including the resource,environment and practice bases. Then it puts forward the practical value in terms of assisting government policy-making, improving public rationality and social memory construction. Lastly, it sets up the corresponding archiving mechanism based on the subjective and objective dimensions. |
