| 摘 要： | 分析近年来各地开展档案资源整合的现状,归纳现阶段档案资源整合呈现出的特点,探讨各地在推进档案资源整合过程中面临的困难。提出应探索形式多样的档案资源整合模式,尊重各地档案工作发展的不平衡性,以区别对待的原则推进档案资源的整合等政策建议。
