| 摘 要： | 在对100多篇有代表性的有关CIP工作的论文综合分析的基础上，本文从四大方面，即我国实施CIP的作用和意义、CIP在国内外的发展历程、CIP工作中存在的问题及原因、改进和完善CIP工作的方法与对策，对我国的CIP研究进行了概括和总结。
