| 摘 要： | 学术价值与实用价值兼顾、满足度与利用度兼顾、种数与复本量兼顾,是高校图书馆的文献“收藏三原则”,本文以此作了初步数量思考,指出,应当以课程课题为基本单位分配使用图书经费,统筹兼顾,专款专用,并列举出相关的分配计算方法。

| Abstract: | The "Three Principles"of collection development are principles which consider the document's academic value as well as practical value,user's stisfaction as well as usage,the number of titles as well as duplicate copies.This paper offers a mathematical rethinking of these principles.It argues that libraries must distribute their fund based on courses and research projects,taking the interests of all stakeholders into account;libraries should also earmark funds for special use and should always specify the mathematical model by which the fund is allocated. |
