| 摘 要： | 本文结合学习贯彻《中国图书馆员职业道德准则 (试行 )》 ,提出了 :职业道德建设是高校图书馆建设的灵魂工程”的论断 ,分析了新时期高校图书馆职业道德的新的内涵 ,介绍了南开大学图书馆的有关措施 ,最后就加强高校图书馆职业道德建设的途径提出了对策性建议

| Abstract: | This article combines to learn and carry out ,raises a statement that the cultivation of professional ethics is a spiritual project for college library construction,analyses the cotert of the professional ethics of current college libraries,inrtroduces some measues that Nankai Universtity Library took to deal with this topic,and furthermore provides several strategic ideas about how to strengthen these ethics in college librarice. |
