| 摘 要： | 人才培养的质量要求会随着时代的不同而不同，21世纪需要的人才应具有高素质、个性化，会学习，信息素养作为这些能力的基础，成为21世纪人才的能行证。本文讨论了信息素养教育内容，进行信息素养教育的必要性和可行性及高等学校加强信息素养教育的措施。
