| 摘 要： | 本区域图书馆整体协同发展包括区域图书馆系统内部的和谐及与系统外部的共生两个方面.区域图书馆协同关系的建立是在一定的环境和条件下由资源、技术、管理等内部要素综合作用而成的,但在不同时期总是存在一种或几种要素占主导地位,起步时选择的协作要素不同形成了现有模式的差异.文章分析了各模式从不同的主导因素进入到综合统筹运用各种要素到逐步实现整体协同发展的发展路径,提出进行路径选择必须注重影响图书馆整体协同发展的因素,通过树立区域整体服务的理念、组建区域图书馆网络、有效运用技术手段、加强管理规范和标准化建设、争取政策和法律保障,推进区域图书馆整体协同发展.
