| 摘 要： | 文章在概述澳大利亚国家图书馆志愿者服务活动的基础上,从志愿者服务内容与时间、招募与培训、权利与义务、评价与协议等方面详细介绍其实践情况,通过分析指出我国应积极弘扬志愿者服务文化、建立完善的志愿者管理制度并且重视与志愿者的多角度互动。
