| 摘 要： | 人类社会已进入信息社会,知识迅速地转化为社会生产力,并对社会发展产生了重要作用.图书馆作为知识积累的集散地,是理性的人类最能获得社会知识和信息之所在.然而图书馆构造制度中的无序状态,使人类不能充分地运用已有的藏书使自身获得知识的养料.因此,图书馆法律应当予以准确定位、并予以专门研究,使其具有法律体系的结构特点.
