| 摘 要： | 搜索引擎是互联网上应用非常广泛的工具，在为信息检索带来便利的同时也带来了诸多侵权问题，如何在搜索引擎商业化运作和保护法律权益之间找到一个平衡点，既能精确实现检索目的，又能保护著作权人的利益，本文就搜索引擎侵权问题进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Search Engine services as a comprehensive instrument on internet. While it facilitates searching information, many infringement problems occurred. It is important to find a balanced method between the normal commercial operation and the legal law rights in which not only can accurate searching be realized, but the legal rights of the writer can be protected perfectly. This paper is an analysis on the infringement of search engine. |
