| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了公共部门信息再利用的制度进展与用户定位,调查了我国终端用户使用公共部门信息产品的基本现状,分析了信息使用过程中出现的问题,提出了提高终端用户使用公共部门信息的相应对策。
