| 摘 要： | 政府信息数字化服务是公共图书馆服务的重要组成部分,三网融合为图书馆拓展政府信息数字化服务创造了机遇。文章在国内外图书馆实践与用户需求调研的基础上,提出了促进政府信息公开工程,增进政府信息数字化服务的主动性;创新服务方式,提高政府信息数字化服务的针对性;挖掘整合信息,提升政府信息数字化服务的深度;结合本地实际,促进政府信息数字化服务特色化;设置专门岗位,加强政府数字信息利用的指导等对策建议。

Discussion on Ability Development of Public Libraries for Government Information Digitalized Service |

| Abstract: | Government information digitalized service is an important part of public library service.The convergence of three-network environment holds great opportunity for public libraries.Based on the practice of libraries home and abroad and the need of users,the paper investigates the issue and puts forward some suggestion,such as pushing the Government Information Publicity project forward to promote the initiative of government information digitalized service;innovating the mode of government information digitalized service to enhance the pertinence;mining the integrated information to improve the depth of government information digitalized service;highlighting the features of government information digitalized service according to the actual status;setting up special post to strengthen the guidance to the use of government digitalized information,and so on. |
