| 摘 要： | 关注民生是公共图书馆的传统。三网融合环境为公共图书馆民生服务创新带来了新的机遇,但服务实践中还面临民生信息服务意识、资源配置、服务方式、服务深度等方面的挑战。在对三网融合政策与国际经验剖析的基础上,文章提出公共图书馆融入社区、图书馆参与政府行动、嵌入民生工程、建立民生服务品牌、完善服务基础、提高数字化民生服务水平等建议。

Innovation in Public Library Livelihood Service under the Triple Play Environment |

| Abstract: | Public library has a long tradition to serve local people for their livelihood.But in practice,the service consciousness,the resources allocation,the service mode,the depth and other aspects of the livelihood service are still needed to further developed.The triple play environment,provide with public libraries opportunities to innovate their civil service.Basing on triple play policy and international experience,the paper has presented the recommendations to enhance public library services.Public libraries should integrate into the community,participate in government project of the people’s livelihood,improve the foundation and digitized information service capability,and establish a brand for the people’s livelihood service. |
