| 摘 要： | 信息活动不仅是一个行为技术问题，同时也是一个行为价值问题。准确把握信息活动的伦理维度是信息伦理研究的认识前提。文章从信息活动的内在价值尺度和信息活动的外在道德秩序与规范两方面对这一基础性问题进行了论证和探讨。
