| 摘 要： | 维护知识自由和信息公正是图书馆核心理念。随着我国高等教育事业的迅猛发展。大学图书馆的读者权利产生了新内涵。文章辨析了大学图书馆某些漠视读者权利的现象及其原因，并侧重文化传统及管理现状，探讨了摒弃陈腐观念，倡导制度创新，优化服务机制以维护读者权利等问题。

| Abstract: | The core concept of library is to maintain the liberty of Knowledge and the impartiality of information.With the rapid development of higher education in China,the readers' rights in college library are endowed with new meanings.The paper is intended to analyze the phenomena and reasons that the readers' rights in college library are ignored,and emphasizing cultural tradition and the management status,further expound some ideas on how to get rid of outdated notions,advocate system innovation and improve service system to maintain the readers' rights. |
