| 摘 要： | 影响图书馆咨询团队中知识转移绩效的因素很多,这些因素作用于图书馆咨询团队应该在适当的调整与控制、约束与规范的条件下进行。文章结合图书馆咨询团队及其知识转移绩效的内涵,利用"物理-事理-人理(W-S-R)"系统方法论,剖析了图书馆咨询团队知识转移对绩效影响因素,提出并建立了针对基于知识转移绩效的图书馆咨询团队运行的事前控制、事中控制及事后控制机制,以期控制图书馆咨询团队知识转移的方向、速度、信度和效度,提升图书馆咨询团队知识转移绩效的效果。

| Abstract: | There are a variety of factors that influence knowledge transfer performance of library consulting team.Combining the meaning of knowledge transfer performance and library consulting team,using the methodology of "physical-common sense-people management(WS)" system,this paper analyzes the influence factors of knowledge transfer to performance and proposes operational mechanism of library consulting team based on knowledge transfer performance in order to control the direction,speed,reliability and validity of knowledge transfer performance and enhance the effect of knowledge transfer. |
