| 摘 要： | 文章从"全评价"体系的理论入手,分析了"全评价"体系在图书馆电子书评价中的运用,研究了图书馆电子书的评价主体、评价客体、评价目的、评价标准、评价指标、评价方法和评价制度。并深入研究了图书馆电子书形式评价、内容评价和效用评价的指标体系构建,旨在对图书馆的电子书资源进行有效的评价,从而使图书馆电子书资源得到科学合理的运用。

| Abstract: | This article provides a scientific evaluation system for E-book resources in libraries in order to get a more efficiency usage of the E-book resources.This article studies the subject,object,aim,criteria,indexes,methods and rules of E-books evaluation in libraries by the all-around evaluation system.It also studies the indicators of formal evaluation,content evaluation and useful evaluation of E-books in libraries. |
