摘    要:在通讯、网络技术飞速发展的今天,人们获取信息的方式日趋多元化,图书馆信息服务的竞争越来越激烈,读者对图书馆服务的要求也越来越高,其关注的焦点越来越集中在图书馆服务过程的细节.现代图书馆为了迎接挑战,有效提升自身服务竞争力,除了要进行战咯创新外,更重要的是服务细节的创新,对服务的精细化管理是图书馆提高服务质量和读者满意度的关键.
