四库全书馆人员的遴选及其特点

摘    要:四库全书馆是清代乾隆年间为纂修《四库全书》而设置的官方修书机构,也是我国古。《四库全书》撰修的成功,与四库馆人员选拔的合理有很大的关系。文章全面地考察了四库馆人员的遴选办法,并结合当时的时代特征指出了遴选的特点。简要分析了造成这些特点的原因以及对我们将来做类似工作的启示。

Abstract:SiKuQuanShu Institute was a government's organization that was set up to compile SiKuQuanShu.It was the largest mechanism of compiling the books in ancient times of our country too.The success of compiling SiKuQuanShu had a very great relation with whom the personnel of the institute selected.This text investigates the way how to select the personnel in the institute,combines the characteristics of that time points out the characteristics of selection,analyses the reasons to cause these characteristics briefly and what is the enlightenment for us to do the similar work in the future.
