| 摘 要： | 文章分析了图书馆的核心价值和核心竞争力,认为图书馆必须正确定位自己的核心价值,在馆藏建设、服务手段和人才建设等方面加强特色建设才能提高图书馆的核心竞争力,使图书馆成为真正意义上的文献信息中心、学术交流中心、文化教育中心、科研成果中心,全力推进图书馆的可持续发展.
