| 摘 要： | 国内外图书馆的战略规划现状研究是指导科学决策的实践基础。我国大多数图书馆缺乏足够的战略意识,没有制定并在网站上公布自己的规划文本,且不同类型和地区间的水平差异显著。我国各类图书馆普遍缺乏足够的战略规划制定与宣传能力,战略规划文本也未能得到常规性的修订完善,个体图书馆的战略规划与总体事业之间缺乏有机的衔接。
