| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆向社会服务是近年来我国图书馆界热议的话题,我国也在教育部与中图学会等部门机构的政策引导下进行了相关的理论研究与具体实践,但与开展此项工作较为成熟的美国、日本、英国、意大利与德国相比分析,我国的高校图书馆社会服务还需在法律制度、服务理念、服务人才与服务内涵等方面进行研究和提高。

| Abstract: | Library services to the community libraries in China in recent years,hot topic,the Ministry of Education of China has also learned to other departments and agencies in the policies carried out under the guidance of the theory related to research and concrete practice,but this work?the more mature U.S.,Japan,Britain,Italy and Germany than analysis,of the University Library in the legal system of social services needed,the service concept,service personnel and other aspects of content and services,research and improvement. |
