| 摘 要： | 文章以“职业特征理论”和“职业控制理论”为依据，阐释了图书馆学教育与图书馆职业的关系，分析了当前我国图书馆学教育承受的主要破坏力及其职业后果，呼吁我国图书馆职业将图书馆学教育问题提升为整个职业的问题，从全局高度对图书馆学教育危机进行职业干预。

| Abstract: | After discussing the relationship between professional education and professionalism, this paper examines how library education in China is threatened by a number of damaging forces and how it passes the damage on to the library profession as a whole, It calls for the library profession to take a more strategic view towards library education and to proactively intervene with educational crisis. |
