| 摘 要： | 信息公平是人们面对信息资源的获取和分配过程所产生的价值期望。数字鸿沟是当代信息不公平的集中表现。实现信息公平必须遵循三个原则：信息自由原则、信息平等原则和信息共享原则。保障信息公平必须同时寻求三方面途径：主体能力保障途径、制度保障途径和伦理保障途径。

| Abstract: | The paper explains the concept of information fairness, indicates that the digital divide is focus representation of information unfairness, and puts forwards three basic principles of information fairness, namely information freedom principle, information equality principle,and information shares principle. The article also brings forward three approaches of ensuring information fairness,namely subject competence ensure approach ,system ensure approach, and ethic ensure approach. |
