| 摘 要： | 文章对图书馆员职业、职业制度内容进行逐一分析,提出要从制度上提供保证,尽快建立真正意义上的图书馆员职业资格制度并逐步规范、完善图书馆员专业技术职务聘任制度,使二者双轨并存发展,促进我国图书馆员职业资格制度替代图书馆员专业技术职务聘任制度,进而使图书馆员职业制度得以最终实现.最后指出图书馆员职业制度实施过程中需要注意的若干问题.
