| 摘 要： | 文章研究了构建公共图书馆服务绩效评估指标体系的必要性和意义；分析了新加坡“七范式”和LibQUAL＋^TM各项指标；在参考国内外图书馆服务绩效评估的重要标准和指导方针基础上，提出了范式演变时期的公共图书馆服务绩效评估体系。
