| 摘 要： | 德国数据保护法作为世界范围内产生较早、影响力最大的数据保护立法,对世界各国的数据保护立法具有重要影响.近几年来德国<联邦数据保护法>应技术和社会发展的要求进行了数次修改.文章通过对该法近年来修改内容的具体考察,总结归纳了其修改的原因,并对该法未来的发展趋势进行预测,以期为我国数据保护相关立法活动提供可资借鉴的模式.
