| Abstract: | This article, taking China Shoes Capital Library for instance, discusses the role of the characteristic library in the construction of city culture. It not only shows the objective requirement of learning society and the construction idea of the knowledge city, but also reflects humanistic care to the employees and to be the important window of city culture brand. In order to make progress scientifically and harmoniously, the characteristic library must take people oriented and make brand to cooperate and construct together. |
