| 摘 要： | 西北五省(区)图书馆馆员在各级图书馆学会的组织领导下,参与各种学术交流活动,但许多图书馆馆员或学会会员参加学术活动的热情不高,主动性不够,造成这种情况既有思想认识方面的原因,也有政策、制度的不完善,只有通过转变观念、消除限制、鼓励参与和完善制度,才能使学会学术活动顺利开展和馆员的学术水平不断得到提高。

| Abstract: | Librarians in northwest five provinces(area)attend various academic communication activities under the leading of library societies at different levels.However,they lack of enthusiasm and initiative for these activities.The reasons are various from policy to idea.This paper argues that only change people’s idea,improve the policy and system and encourage participation,can academic activities carry on successfully and academic level of librarian enhance constantly. |
