| 摘 要： | 良好的形象是图书馆的无形资产。文章通过对近三年来国内10种主流报纸中含有图书馆的新闻报道进行内容分析,研究发现报道主题主要是读者与读者服务、图书馆发展、图书馆活动、数字图书馆建设、图书馆人、社会捐赠等,但缺乏一定的深度,报道倾向以中性和正面报道为主。在此基础上提出应重视图书馆形象管理、提高与媒体对话能力、加强自身服务能力和资源建设、以组织文化塑造图书馆形象等建议。

| Abstract: | A good public image is the intangibles capital for library development.Using content analysis method,the author examines the news concerning library in ten mainstream papers from 2008 to 2010.The result demonstrates that the subjects are concentrates on library development,users and library service,public activities,digital library project,librarian and social donation,but without going into a deeper and multidimensional report.The libraries mainly are reported in a neutral and positive way.Therefore,it is necessary for library to pay attention to image management,foster communication ability with media,improve service ability,enrich collection resources and develop organizational culture. |
