| 摘 要： | 文章根据科技期刊历年关于冠状病毒研究的文献产出情况，分析科技期刊在应对突发公共卫生事件中的健康传播作用和学术引领作用。以“冠状病毒（coronavirus）”为主题词，在PubMed和中国知网中检索相关文献，发现随着冠状病毒发展史上的重大事件的发生，两个数据库中的相关文献数量增幅明显，文献量均呈现高峰，其中2020年文献量创历史新高。对在PubMed和中国知网检索到的各类文献占比进行比较，发现临床试验、Meta分析、随机对照试验、综述、系统综述这5种类型的中文文献数量明显少于英文文献。中文科技期刊的文献主要集中于临床诊治方面，今后应重视提高临床试验、随机对照试验、系统综述等类型的文献比重，鼓励开展多中心、大样本的临床研究，并重视研究的延续性，形成高水平原创性研究成果。

| Abstract: | Based on the literature output of sci-tech journals in the developing history of coronavirus, this paper analyzed the role of sci-tech journals in health communication and academic guidance in coping with public health emergencies. Using "coronavirus" as the subject word, this paper searched PubMed and CNKI for relevant literatures and found that in the two databases, with the occurrence of the major events in the developing history of coronavirus, the numbers of the relevant literatures increased significantly, reaching a peak, and reached a record high in 2020. Comparing the literature proportions in PubMed and CNKI, this paper found that the literatures of clinical trial, meta-analysis, randomized controlled trial, review and systematic review in Chinese were significantly fewer than those in English. Chinese sci-tech journals were mainly focused on the clinical diagnosis and treatment. In the future, we should pay attention to the increase of the literature proportions of clinical trial, randomized controlled trial and systematic review, encourage the multi-center and large-sample clinical research, and focus on the continuity of original research, so as to achieve the high-level research results. |
