| 摘 要： | 版权交易机制的良好运行不仅需要适宜的外部生态，也需要与外部生态涉及的各因素之间建立相得益彰的交互关系。版权制度、版权市场以及版权意识是版权交易机制外部生态各因素中最具决定作用和最突出的因素，它们之间相互促进、相互制约，并共同作用于版权交易机制。为版权交易机制创造良好的外部生态以促进版权交易机制的运行，应坚持权益平衡和经济效率原则，并强化制度保障机制、完善市场支撑机制和创新意识提升机制。

| Abstract: | The healthy operation of the copyright transaction mechanism needs not only the appropriate external ecology but also the establishment of a mutually beneficial interaction with various factors involved in the external ecology. The copyright system, copyright market and copyright consciousness are the most decisive and prominent factors in the external ecological factors of the copyright transaction mechanism. These three factors promote and restrict each other, as well as act on the copyright transaction mechanism together. In order to promote the healthy operation of the copyright transaction mechanism, which requires a good external ecology for the copyright transaction mechanism, the principles of the balance of rights and interests and the economic efficiency should be adhered to. The optimization strategies such as strengthening the system guarantee mechanism, improving the market support mechanism and enhancing the innovation awareness mechanism are put forward. |
