| 摘 要： | 文章深入学习习近平总书记给《文史哲》编辑部的回信精神，并以此为契机，对哲学社会科学学术期刊高质量发展的价值内核、时代境遇和实践理路进行了分析。指出推动哲学社会科学学术期刊高质量发展要以马克思主义为指导，坚持正确的办刊方向；加强学术期刊制度建设及制度执行力；运用现代化信息技术为高质量发展赋能；通过队伍增能，统筹学术期刊高质量发展与编辑职业成长的关系。

| Abstract: | The article deeply studies the spirit of the reply by general secretary XI Jinping to the editorial department of Literature, History and Philosophy, and takes this opportunity to analyze the value core, the era situation and the practice road of the high-quality development of the academic journals of philosophy and social sciences. It is pointed out that to promote the high-quality development of the academic journals of philosophy and social sciences, editors should take Marxism as the guidance and adhere to the correct direction of running journals; strengthen the construction and execution of the academic journal system; use modern information technologies to empower the high-quality development; coordinate the relationship between the high-quality development of academic journals and the professional growth of editors through team empowerment. |
