| 摘 要： | 对34部现行有效的设区市的档案法规的内容、公布时间和修订情况等三个方面进行分析,提出两点建议:一是适时对档案法规进行立法后评估;二是积极开展城乡建设与管理档案、环境保护档案和历史文化保护档案方面的立法。

| Abstract: | For 34 current effective archival regulations of the cities with districts,this article analyses the contents,the time of promulgation and the revision about these archival regulations.It is suggested that post-legislative assessment should be arranged for the most archival regulations of the cities with districts.It is also suggested that archival regulations should be enacted at three aspects:archives about urban and rural construction and management,archives about environment protection and archives about history and culture protection. |
