| 摘 要： | 文章从政府信息公开的角度，探讨了政府信息资源建设中应注意的问题，并就最近制定的《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例草案（专家建议稿）》与其他国家、地区的政府信息公开法进行了对比，分析了《草案》特点与不足，并由此提出了自己的建议。
