| 摘 要： | 在当今信息时代，高校图书馆要提高虚拟咨询服务的水平，必须从四个方面调整工作的策略：拓展虚拟咨询的服务方式，构建用户自助咨询的体系，加强虚拟咨询服务的管理，向合作虚拟咨询服务的方向发展。
