| 摘 要： | 随着我国商业银行面临的竞争日益激烈,竞争情报系统的构建显得越来越重要。借鉴企业竞争情报系统的研究成果,我国商业银行竞争情报系统的结构应分为一个中心、三大网络和三个系统。为适应这种结构,我国商业银行竞争情报系统运行模式应选择混合式。在此基础上,对我国商业银行竞争情报系统构建的途径进行阐述,以期对我国商业银行竞争情报系统的构建提供指导。
