Abstract:This article analyzes the significance, purpose and function of the investigation on university library readers' satisfaction level, and discusses its boost effects of improving services for readers with the examples of the investigations and researches on readers' satisfaction level as well as the analysis of the countermeasures carried out by fine arts academy libraries.
