| 摘 要： | 移动搜索具有便携性、精准性、人性化、受众范围广等特点。图书馆利用移动搜索技术开展参考咨询服务主要有三种模式。而图书馆在开展基于移动搜索的参考咨询服务时,应注重参考咨询结果的精准性,提高参考咨询人员的素质,增强用户体验,加强个性化服务的开展。

| Abstract: | Mobile search is portable,precise,humanized and widely used nowadays.There are mainly three methods for using mobile search technology to develop reference services of library.In using the technology,the library should pay attention to ensuring the reliability of reference results,enhancing the quality of reference librarians,providing user experience and strengthening the personalized services. |
