| 摘 要： | BALIS联合信息咨询中心的成立是北京地区高校图书馆开展学科化联合信息服务的创新举措。它改变了以往信息咨询服务分散在各个成员馆的局面,构建了功能强大统一平台,形成了较为完整的学科化服务体系,对于促进各成员馆的学科馆员制度的建立健全起到了有力的推动作用。保障BALIS学科化联合信息服务的可持续发展需要进一步完善成员馆导航、与用户建立互利共赢的合作关系、规范信息服务以及联合培养学科馆员。它的成立和进一步发展必将使整个北京地区高校图书馆的信息服务提升到一个更高层次。

| Abstract: | The establishment of BALIS Joint Information Consulting Center(abbr.BALIS JICC)indicates the innovation measures that academic libraries in Beijing have taken for developing subject-oriented joint information service.It changes the previous situation in which information consulting services were scattered among each member library,constructs a powerful unified platform,and develops a more complete subject-oriented service system,and plays a positive role in establishing and improving subject librarian system among member libraries.Important factors of the sustainable development of BALLS JICC contain further improvement on navigation of member libraries,establishment of the win-win relationship with the users,standardization of information service,and combined training of subject librarians,etc.The construction and the further development of the BALLS JICC will push information service of academic libraries in Beijing forward to a higher level. |
