| 摘 要： | 信息共享空间是一种新型的信息服务模式,近年来国内高校兴起了建设信息共享空间的热潮。信息共享空间建设的过程中会遇到各种各样的问题,这些问题主要包括:资金短缺问题、收费合理性问题、理念与服务问题、业务重组、人员融合与管理问题、开放时间问题、服务质量评价问题及方法等。面对这些问题主管部门应该争取各方支持采取多种对策共同应对,而科学规划、统筹兼顾则是有效应对各种问题的重要前提。

| Abstract: | Information commons(IC)is a new information service model,and in the recent years,domestic universities raise an upsurge of building information commons.In the building process of IC many problems will be encountered,which includes:shortage of funds,rationality of charges services,philosophy and service issues,work restructuring trouble,staff integration difficulty,management hardness,open timescale,service quality assessment and methods and so on.Faced with these problems,authority should seek help from other departments to cope with in a variety of measures.What’s more,making scientific planning and accommodating all sides are the key presupposition to deal with all the problems. |
