| 摘 要： | 知识共享是知识管理的一个必要过程。随着信息技术和互联网技术的发展,虚拟社区成为网民交流信息和获取知识的重要手段。如何鼓励个人在虚拟社区共享自己的知识,并帮助其他社区成员分享知识是一个重要的问题。在共享意愿的基础上,通过构建研究模型讨论了虚拟社区知识共享的影响因素。实证研究结果表明:自我效能、结果预期和共享意愿对虚拟社区成员的知识共享行为有显著的正向影响。
